How to become a Member!

Each Spring we hold two Open House events – this year on Saturday May 7th from 2 to 4 pm (rain date Sunday May 8th 2-4 pm) and on the evening of Tuesday May 10th from 7 – 9 pm – to invite visitors to enjoy “on the green” bowling sessions with our qualified coaches. This introduction is followed, in subsequent weeks, by a series of free evenings of instruction and practice to allow visitors to decide whether to take up our favourite summer sport or not. No pressure, just good exercise!

As an alternative to our Open House, we are out playing most days and evenings and would be more than happy to show you the game – check out our weekly Jitney schedule and come on down!  Or write us at hplbcmembership@gmail.com to set up an introduction.

(By the way, a “jitney” is a game played by teams formed by the random selection of members through the drawing of “Tags” with individual players’ names on. A good way to meet and enjoy the company of other members.)

Membership Fees for 2022:
Full regular playing annual membership is $250 – includes the use of a clubhouse locker.
Full playing members bowl rental: 1st year free, 2nd & 3rd years $25/year, 4th & future years $50/year
Beginning year memberships, first year is $175 – which includes a locker and bowl rentals
Junior memberhip (ages 15-18) $75 – includes a locker and bowls
Social member (non-playing) $30
